Thank you for nominating a coach for PCA’s Double-Goal Coach® Award!

Please provide an email address and password to sign up for an account. We highly recommend using a personal email address as opposed to one affiliated with a school or business for ease of communication. Keep a record of your password in a safe place for future log-ins. Upon signing up, you will receive a confirmation email to ensure your identity. Please make sure to check your spam folder for this email from "coachaward@positivecoach.org. Once you have confirmed your account, you can begin accessing the system. The password is complicated – it requires a random combination of letters, numbers, and symbols and cannot contain any actual words. I strongly suggest typing a password into another document and then copying/pasting it into the online form to ensure accuracy. Try a common phrase and then replace enough letters to ensure there are no words remaining.

The deadline for all nominations to be submitted is October 31st, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
